Ipf 770 with L36 has lines when printing

This IPF 770 has crossfeed lines when printing from a computer on the network.

Files from the same computer with the same driver recently printed ok.

The machine is in our showroom. I print to it regularly just to test it.

I attached an example of the lines and a service mode nozzle check pattern.

I don't have much experience on these. I appreciate any guidance.

You might start with a printhead clean and alignment.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I ran printhead cleaning A and it cleared up, thanks.

Before that I ran nozzle check again, from system menu this time and it showed some bad areas.

212m2 total print area on this machine.

Its probably just insufficient usage. Ink based machines love to run ... and hate to sit idle. =^..^=

Sorry for posting here, but i have a similar problem. When i print in low quality (Standart 600 dpi or below) the printer do this white lines, they don't occour when i'm printing cad lines in black and white nor do when the print quality is set to high. I've run printhead check (didn't change the print problem) and nozzle pattern check (seems pretty aligned and with no failures).

You may have ink buildup on the bottom of the carriage. I'd clean the bottom of the carriage with alcohol. =^..^=
