    Canon IR 4025

Jams but no jam found. Also the right side door alignment appears off, is there any bulletins on this series of machines about this issue? Thought there was something about prior models. Not a Canon Dealer so any help would be appreciated. Its for a non profit so trying to find inexpensive options.

    Thanks Hoosierdaddy

    What is the jam code?

Most likely if you have a jam but no paper found pick up did not occur so check/replace the feed rollers.

If you break or bend the plastic interlock actuator on the door, when you close the door the machine doesn't know it and won't clear the jam. Does it clear if you reboot? And need jam code

          0209 STNRY S22 No.2 delivery sensor

controls the functioning of the flappers.
          remove and reinsert DC connector

Does this jam happen in front or front/rear?
