Hi all, here are the results of the Page 6 and page 10 tests.
I tried cleaning the black laser glass (again) using the tool but the line remains. Thinking it may be a developer issue?

This is the color version of the printer - we have replaced the black drum once with no effect. We have also replaced the magenta drum as it was end of life.

We cleaned the laser glass by going into the service mode level 1, opening the shutters (SHUT-OPEN command), removing the drum, and then using the laser glass cleaning tool on the front door. It is possible this needs to be done again / harder / better / faster / stronger.

Your samples *look* like the black laser glass is still dirty since it does not show on the other colors. I would try the cleaning procedure again for the black, opening the shutter in service mode and running the cleaning tool back and forth about ten times. Sometimes it is tricky to get the tool all the way down in the slot to clean properly. If that does not work, you may have to remove the laser unit and clean the glass with it out of the machine. I have had to do that.

Pull the laserunit and clean it manualy. Useing the stick doesn't always work very well.

Very happy to report that this is resolved! The solution was, as wcanonw, Copylady72, Jpiek and others suggested, to pull the IR-2020 laser unit and clean the glass manually. I was looking for other fixes because I (mistakenly) assumed that it was clean after using the supplied cleaning tool. The printer is now being used again and we have our fingers crossed it can limp across the finish line in January when it will be replaced by a newer model arriving on our cargo vessel. You can see the new results after cleaning from the attached test page.
