lack of transfer - either itb is not locked in place or broken/faulty but you also have a complete lack of yellow?

Looks like an issue with the ITB cant see any yellow but likely its just to faint to see on your scan.

Remove the transfer unit & check its making good contact with the secondary transfer roller in the RH door theres a small copper contact these can become deformed.
