[CQ] Colours different

Im using canon ir advance c5235
But whenever i print colours from my pc,the output became different from what i print (the colours)
From grey became dark blue
Any help from the experts? Tried calibration,nothing changes

make sure you have the correct driver installed

hello with what type of driver are you printing: UFRII, PCL, PS or imagepass pass server B2?

if the printer is installed with imagepress server B2 you can modify the colors by moving the output profiles using the command work station program

if your controller is PS (postscript) you can try what the PDf file indicates

Could you indicate how you performed the calibration if it is with the full gradation adjustment, grayscale or ES1000 spectrophotometer?

If the driver is UFRII, the print quality is usually dark or saturated, try the PS driver and if you have SERVER B2 download the appropriate driver
