copy faded when copying in flat bed and radf. but when test print the first print is complete and the second one is faded.can you help me guys. i replaced the laser unit ,the drum unit, trnasfer, maincharge and pre transfer , dev unit and the clucth, o replce also the unit one the problem still occurs.

I used to have a 7086 that would occasionally give a big blank area due to the fact that the paper was garbage and as it came through trans/sep it would ride up the drum. Cheat door and remove the front cover over trans/sep and watch to see if the paper rides flat. Could be the hvt for separation or even the high voltage cable going to sep.

I already replace the unit 1. And same problem occurs.i tried it already the paper is running smooth in the transfer/sep.

This problem is killing me i replced hvt assy, unit 1, development unit, drum unit, dc controller, potential contol board, primary, Transfer, pre transfer, ccd. All the motor and clucthes but still the half image occurs

Have you check the laser unit, if it opens fully?

Stop machine half way through printing and see if image is on drum. Then you can see if it is a transfer issue.
