One of those signals must go to a low when LED is blocked.
Look a diagram , test from DC side connector and not across the sensor load connector.

The 5v should drop between GD and one of those Waste signals.

        That's correct,
pin 8 is Ground * u go from that to One of those Waste signals, try the LED one, try to block/ unblock to see if a change takes place.
One may be just for p134 connection ?
Access while printer is on May be a pain.

          hello my friend..
Sorry for the late response to the test results.
Here is the information and results I finally got.

          1. harness no problem..
          2. Waste Toner Full Sensor (PS134) no problem.. <== i change NEW PARTS Sensor..

When the machine stops completely and no longer printing of "replace waste toner container"

i do reset D-CON setting.. in service mode.

The machine can now print again.

But it shows an alarm message.

'prepare waste toner container : go on print "

I think initializing D-CON seems to return to a certain point in time.

Can I think of this as a problem with the DC CONTROLLER PCB?

Is it the best solution to finally replace the DC CONTROLLER PCB?

The current state is when the machine is completely stopped and reinitialized.

          please give me your Advice^^

Thanks for Your help!! ; )

              Hello ,

I have the same issue on canon C600.

              Tried Dc-con pcb
              Sensor
              New bottle
              Updated firmware
Full format and new harddrive (i know it is not related)
              Wires seems all ok .

I am reading the 5V as 3.6V which seems to be the problem for me . There is something connected to the dc con that is causing this issue .

It is always seen as the bottle is full. Which gives you around 6K prints before it stops completely.

I cleared the DC and set all the default values in . Backup the dc . And each time the machine stops just restore the dc , restart and calibrate and the customer can print again.

I know this is not a solution, but at least the machine can print
