The plotter shows spindle error 03800300-2832, and also at times there will be a message of "ink absorption please wait", then ink begins to leak from the purge system and waste cartridge is already collapsing due to excess residual ink

the supplier that sold the plotter to the customer, from the beginning the plotter was put in affordable ink and continuous ink system. When the customer asked for the original ink cartridges, they assured him that with the continuous system he would print without problems.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.

The seller sent his technician, the technician made a hole in one of the continuous system ink cartridges and ended up blaming the customer and plotter users, to get rid of the warranty, I told the customer that you lost the warranty from the beginning to allow them to install them in front of the compatible ink ....
