symptoms :

white banding on the prints and copy. please have a look on the attached sample files.

Action Taken :

Replaced the following items.
1.primary charger.
2.pre transfer corona.
3.dv unit
4.etb Belt unit
5.etb cleaning unit
6.laser unit
7.drum Ap kit assembly (patch sensor Not replaced ) .still issue not solved.

Dev bias contacts on machine... clean them up and bend them out. Could be losing dev drive also...gear on machine stripped in an area, causing dev cylinder to pause, giving white bands
