I faced problem with canon ir 3045 that hangs when i made two sided copy when search in error i found the errors 240, 733

and the copy stops at exit delivery roller and the screen show message the m/c printing

Description:
There is an error in the communication with the printer.
There is a DDI-P communication error
Remedy:
1. Check the connection with the printer.
2. Check the power supply of the printer (to see if initialization takes place at startup).
3. Replace the DC controller or the main board.


Re=seating the ribbon cable at connector J301 on the DC Controller PCB and J1029 on the Main Controller PCB may resolve the error code E240.

+ Remove & Clean the contacts on the Boot Rom> as well as the socket on the Main Controller/ then re-seat Boot Rom.
