    IRC3200 0205 Duplex jamming

I have a machine that reads a 0205 Jam code when running multiple pages duplexed. If i run one copy it runs fine. There is always one page halfway through the fuser on the second side and the second page is coming out of the duplexer halfway through the registration assembly. The second page is reading the jam but it only happens when running multiples. I have replaced the right side door assembly and cleared D-Con. There is nothing blocking either pages. Any ideas?

Also try replacing the duplex guide plate(under the fuser) with the new modifed version.
The old plastic version warps with the heat and interferes with duplexing.

That plate was cracked and broken but was replaced and made no difference in the jamming.

Replace BOTH clutches in the duplex.
The one on the front of the assy and the one at the rear...also check shafts to see if the bearings have failed and chewed out the shafts.

I replaced the whole Left side assembly minus the fuser and door assembly and that corrected the issue. When i get some time i will try to figure out exactly what the issue was with a machine here in the shop. I will check out all the clutches and bearings in that assembly and see if they were a problem.
