Canon iR-ADV C5240 A maintenance error has occurred

Hello everyone first port here! I have been working on these Canon copiers for a couple of years now and have over 20 yrs experience in computers, telephone, and networking. Hopefully I can be of some help here on the networking and driver side of things.

I can usually fix most errors that I have got before. However I got a machine that is just saying... A maintenance error has occurred....I have went into service mode and don't see any additional information. Of coarse I have turned it off and back on again with no avail. Anyone seen this before?

Press the * key the one with a face (not on the keypad) this should display the error code?

Thank you that worked...! Its error code is..E0000-0000

And after some research online the error code is for the Fuser unit not getting to the correct temperature in a specified time. The problem with a fixing unite could be a fixing film. I might have a bad power problem on the wall outlet if it is not the right voltage. I might be able to reset the error in service mode. But I will probably be replacing the fuser unit.

          Does this sound correct?
