Do you try to reset the rcon or the ccd in the service mode?

Why did you replace the CCD?

Does the Document feeder work ok?

the menu doesnt show because there is something wrong with the reader unit. is there power to the reader unit? doese the light come on when you close the adf lid?

hello when you turn on the printer, does the dadf intermittently emit a mechanism sound or place a paper in the dadf and should the LED that detects the paper turn on?

              replace or discard:
              - the dadf driver pcb or adf unit (dadf).
              - the Reader Controller PCB or reader unit

Your device may have gone into limited function mode. Will need to calibrate CCD/Scanner. See manual for details.
