does the sheet feed all the way thru?
does the scan lamp light up?
any error codes?

there can me multiple reasons.. need more info

yes. no problem

does the scan lamp light up?
When the paper passed halfway.
The lamp lights up for 1-2 seconds and then turns off.
I think this is a problem.

any error codes?
No error codes.

If you make a copy of the plate, how does it look?
a copy is black, Same as the black toner test.

did you try a R CON clear? had a really weird cq issue a while back only using the dadf, did a r con clear and hey presto it worked fine after
