    Canon IRC2620 misplaced collors

    Hi,
I have a problem with color printer output on my Canon IRC2620 with printer unit C1.
My black-white prints are perfect, but when I print in color i have misplaced(double) lines on prints, see images.
I tried several setups on properties, but no luck.
How to solve a problem, pls help me.

This was a common issue on this series.

The transfer belt would slip you can take the belt off to clean the inside & the drive roller however the long term fix is to fit a new belt & cleaning unit.

      Thank you for fast answer.
This happened to me one month ago, and I solved it with print settings so it worked great,
but now I can not solve it with settings, so I will try to listen your advice.

In addition to the previous advice, clean the ID sensors (if you haven't done so already), then run colour mismatch, then run the calibration/gradation again.

        All the best with that.

          Thanks,
But how to clean the ID sensors, where I can find them?

This is not something an end user can do.

However you could google the service manual & do the work yourself.

              Re: Canon IRC2620 misplaced collors

              I know that,
And would like more than anything to technician do this,
But when I called tech he said this is to old unit, no parts for it I dont work with it anymore, buy new.
I am not wealthy and dont have money for new, and this unit have 60.000copies counter and it is not so old for me and I also have 7 genuine canon toners for it.
I also called the old tech and he said that he dont work with color copiers.
Last time one young tech came and first time he done great job, repaired it fast i was wery pleased.
Secont time he came for a print quality problem, he took one part with him, I gave him money for new part and for his work(100euro), after that he came after 7 days and asked 50euro more,
I gave him that and newer seen him after, he dont answer the phone, I lost 150eur, one component was taken away(he did not get back it to me) and copier was out of order 10 month.
Later I heard that he have gambling problems.
After that I found one good tech and he repaired it, he is great guy but he moved to Germany to work.
I live in small town and dont have more options anymore.
