Canon 5035 / 5235 print out full page yellow.

Hi anyone can help. I got 2 machine like same problem. 5035 print out full cyan without blank. And 5235 print full page yellow without blank. When doing copy for 5 page and more. But i select black copy only

can you send photos of the problem and describe what has been replaced recently (compatible toner for example), have you checked the conditions inside the machine?

Likely drum units, check the drum life counter, if over 100, replace.

First check to see if the dev unit for the respective colors are well seated in the assembly. The screw that holds the lock to the dev unit needs to allow the spring-holding lock to be free to move to and fro. The rear end of the unit needs to be able to move rightwards and leftwards somehow if you push it. If the flat screw holds tight to prevent the dev unit from moving under it, expect it to give the sign you described. If all else fail, try with working dev unit. Wishing you get the solution eventually!

if you can upload the samples in .pdf format please
