The copier try to pick up the paper, but the paper stop at the separator. I replaced the separator, pick up, but nothing. If I open the cassette, I find two back lines on the paper, and the skirt of the paper crinkled. Any idea?

More detail would help. Do you have jam codes? Is it jamming at the paper feed separation or the transfer/separation? Are the black lines being caused by the feed rollers? If all cassettes are jamming at the paper pick up and you are using aftermarket rollers you may want to try new rollers. Otherwise I would consider the motor driver PCB #FG6-4947-000Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it. -
That also will isolate the problem to the PF unit 1 on down the vertical path. Check the sensors on the vertical path and maybe give the sensors arm spring an extra wrap so they actuate better. If it is a machine with high volume maybe it is the vertical path drive... clutches, rollers etc. You may want to wrap the springs on the sensors located on the pick up units themselves. Is the glass half full or half empty? If your paper is buckeling at the center of the lead edge it usually means your seperation roller is not turning due to a lack of friction with the feed roller. This can occur due to worn rollers or not enough pressure between the rollers. The seperation roller pressure is set by the closing of the cassette drawer which can warp over time and not apply enough pressure. You can look at the side of your cassette and see how it warps inward. The right deck does it differently and usually is not a problem but you can easily watch and see if the seperation roller is turning by opening the right doors and cheeting them.Comment
