Facing issue in ir3235 .machine continuously run after taking 4 or 5 prints and keeps on showing printing on screen and in jam code in service mode shows Timeout error.

Sounds like the HDD is failing.

Try reflashing the SSW or if that doesnt work replace the HDD.
