canon IR3200 stuck in warmup mode

My canon 3200 is stuck in warmup mode

I went to turn it on and it normally goes through its cycle and then the warmup screen goes away and now it doesnt and seems to reboot every few mins.

The touch screen stops working too as well as all of the buttons, the keypad all of it does not respond.

Suggestions in what to do?

When you say in warm up mode, you mean when the printer is warming up, you can see the screen and all its tabs and functions, or you mean it gets stuck booting up, like when you see you see the canon logo and the status bar when the machine is first put on. So far by the way you explain it, it sounds like the machines firmware is corrupted. Expand a little bit more on when it first started...

Sounds like a bad hard drive.

Bad hard drive usually will end up with E-602 generated by Main Controller. Re-install system software, reseat boot rom, Main pcb connectors,etc...other wise call in a tech
