i'm surprised he didn't ask for SST for EVERY Canon Model... he was close tho!

he 'claims' for be a Canon tech.. but has to come here asking (asap) for something IF he is actually a trained tech (from 2006) he should have access to that information !

Half the models in your list you can update the SSW via service mode.

I think you can not update all copiers without access. IR 32_ _ _ series need SST with System.
You Need too much MIX Software and FW.
If you like, i can provide you Some of the information, how to fix IR32 Series without Canon access. how to fix IRA4235 (important for this model is also the right selecton of HDD).

I know that you have red card. I also have some red cards. They dont know what i am doing, but they knows very well that i am not able to fix any copier and give me red card.
So i have decide to provide every information for red card.

You need help? so PM me and i will provide you information to fix most of your copirs

Yes only the IR Advance models you can update via CDS however not if the HDD has failed.

Ignore the red card thing some techs like handing them out for fun they have nothing better to do. But you can simply give them a red card back! ��
