Take the training course and it will explain how to enter service.

Turn ON the power while the "Online" key and "Job Status/Cancel" key are pressed. Press the right arrow key to enter service mode, press OK.

Did you even check the profile of the OP?

he lists no technical skills/training.

he really doesn't list anything.

he is an enduser.

you have now IN PUBLIC given him and every other enduser/wanna be tech the tools to fuck up his system good.

don't worry i'm a technician and entering the service i needed to test the connection for canon's e-rds to communicate counts and things like that
