[Misc] Canon IR 3225N Copy Problems

HI

I have a customer with an IR 3225 with a copy problem. When copying via the ADF sometimes the copy is realy strange.
It copy upsitedown and only the half or less.

I could fix it though by completely changing the reader Assembly and the ADF from another machine now I have to repair the broken unit.
I can exclude the ADF because its work since 4 months on an other machine without problems.

I think the reader controller would fix the problem. First you could try disconnecting all the connectors and reconnecting. I have had that happen

+1 brother... anytime I have weird electrical issues, ALWAYS start with power off disconnecting and re-connecting the harnesses.

Sry for late answer.

The problem is solved.
The reader controller and the led driver pcb are fine.
It was the CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY.
Since 3 months without problems after replacement.
