    Need to get ImageRUNNER 2270/4570/3570/2870 Firmware & Com Software

    HI guys. anyone got the

    ImageRUNNER 2270/4570/3570/2870 Firmware / System Software v40.03

    as well as the com software

    need to activate a IR-3570

      what is the problem that makes you think you need those files?

      do you have the service manual ?

          the machine came without a harddrive and thus we need to install a new harddrive together with the os to activate the machine.

              Have you got the HDD yet? are you aware you can not just fit any hard drive?

                      As copier tech is it the correct hdd you can't buy them of the shelf needs to be hdd for this model
