Wondering if anyone else has seen and found a solution for adf jam error on Canon Imageclass MF820? I believe it's the same feeder as the IR C250/C350 series. We have a fair amount of these in the field and have had a fair amount of issues, with the feeder just not grabbing the paper at all.It appears the drive gear does not rotate down properly to engage the ADF. Sometimes the cover can be opened and the gears pushed down and it will be fine for days. Anyone else run into this?
