    Also machine rotates toner bottle.
    The part that has the crack is Stopper, bottle link inner door (FCB-4692-000). cAN IT CAUSE THE PROBLEM?

      If issue is ghost araund letter, it can be bad toner... clean dev units, use OEM toner and see difference.

        What is the situation of the cleaning web and the upper fixing roller? Expect this output if the web is dirty or not cleaning.           Check if your pre-exposure LED is coming on. It's mounted in the cleaner blade assembly. It's connector is the one that you disconnect to remove the cleaner blade assembly. Probably forgot to plug it back in.

                As someone said before pull the process unit again and check for a good connection at the blanking lamps. Not much wire there and it's easy to disconnect by accident.
