IR 6000 Remote UI

Hello Nice People, first sorry for my bad english. Last month i recently buy an IR 6000 copy machine, then i noticed there are features called Remote UI.
Im very happy when know i can access my device via web browser, but sadly i cant open it. When i access device Ip address via web, it shows "404 Not Found Your requested URL "/_top.htm" was not found.
FYI, i can use it for print document normally. But it cant access Remote UI.
I will be glad if someone can give me advice to resolve it.

Here i got some attachment .

Most likely because this is a old model its not supported by your web browser.

Try chrome browser & you could also update the firmware this may resolve the issue.

I believe there is somewhere in the user mode maybe under network settings where you can turn the RUI on or off

The first thumbnail shows Remote UI is on so that shouldn't be the issue. As other tech said, try another browser. only enter IP address in address bar. Maybe try setting static address on a laptop and connect directly to Canon (to eliminate the network as cause) and try.

Try HTTP as oppose to HTTPS.

Try port 8000, too.

So XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8000

Try to check your firmware version as well because older versions of firmware may not support Remote UI.
