Can you plze assist on how to solve my
Canon ir1133 photocopy blank paper whenever i do photocopying or scanning, printing is perfect there is no problem with printing from computer at all

does the scan lamp move?

platen or adf?

what have you tried to fix it?

what machines have you been trained on?

There is no any error appearing
The lamp moves perfectly and am using platened,
I have tried changing the pcb board and scanner with no positive hope
