i bought the machine 2 month ago then the toner cartridge was empty and it says at the bottom prepare the toner then paper started to be faded after i replaced the toner cartridge, it still the same faded paper at the top
any solution ??

Looks like the dev unit is depleted of toner.

Take out the developer unit & check the coating of the roller on the front/rear.

Is it a genuine toner?
If you are a tech you can go into service mode and try toner install.

yes its C-EVX33 and i did toner installlation all the paper is good except the top part as the pic explain.

You don't need to clean it, is there a nice even coating of toner all along the magnetic roller?
Is the laser glass clean?

iam goin tomorrow to the work and will see that , its faded in printing also not scaning so is poligon mirror the cause ?

Depending on how old the machine is and how many copies it has done that is a possibility.

Looks like either mag roller is poor covered in that area for some reason(leveling in example) or dusty poly mirror.
