hi everyone,

I have an Image Runner Advance C5235i that is not booting. I am stuck in the boot screen. What do I do? restarted a couple of times....same result

if YOU don't know what the fix is.... hire a TRAINED TECH to solve your issue .. clearly this is WAY above your pay grade.

If I could get one now, i would not be asking here. No trained tech anywhere close by. If you could solve this I would gladly pay.

More than likely you will have to call Canon help desk get them to ship you a HDD FULLY LOADED. Not sure where you are but techs in the UK pay 450-500 in pounds ? To get it.. again that is a guess..best route is a TRAINED TECH. Sorry but it's the best solution to your issue.

Thanks a lot, now that's easy since I have another working machine. I would just clone another HDD and install. I hope that should do.

A few IT guys have tried cloning these Canon drives without success.
