[CQ] C7260 Cyan not showing up after installing Developer and drum

I installed a new Cyan Developer and drum, before doing so I the old developer and drum worked ok but had reached the end of its life. Cyan was dumping toner and the drum was producing streaks. After installing the new set it no longer prints cyan except for a very light color across the entire page. I have now replaced it with another developer that came out of another machine that had printed out cyan with no problem. Well it still does not print cyan. Does anyone have any suggestions on what is going on or what to do. I would greatly appreciate it. I have attached 2 images, one is from the first print of the full adjust calibration and the other is a PG10 test page.

    I do not speak English,
Hello, maybe you have problems with the internal transfer roller of the cyan color that is sponge is inside the itb, send photos of the status of the cyan development unit, to see the development roller has developer powder coverage, clean the cyan laser with the cleaner that is located in the trays, dirty charge roller.

    1.- clean laser cyan
2.- Clean or exchange cyan drum unit for (magenta or yellow) to discard the unit.
3.- see the status of the cyan transfer roller (inside the itb unit)

    regards

did you follow initializing procedure in the SM?

were the contacts for drum and dev unit clean and in good shape?

what error codes are listed in error log?

are you trained on this or ANY product? ( no info in your profile that helps )

Thank you for your response. I cleaned all the lasers with the cleaner bar. I also removed the ITB and took off the belt and cleaned everything including the cleaning blade unit. I went ahead and put on a new belt as well. I ran 25 sheets of the attached and the cyan is all over the page.

Yes, I followed the correct procedures in SM

Everything appeared clean and in good shape.

          No Error codes for this

I am not formally trained, but I have been working on this machine (mine) for over 3 years and have replaced many parts and maintained it. Before that a Konica C6501.

If you are still getting cyan over the page then look at dev unit

put the old parts back (dev+drum) and see what happens.

If you are getting cyan color on paper after 50-100 sheets - than machine is fine and the problem is on the new set that you are installing.

If you don't get any color with the old set - than the problem is within the machine.

In this case most probably it is smth stupid.

By the way: You did remove the plastic sheet from the new developer unit ??? Right ?

Thank you everyone for your help. I ended up putting the old yellow drum on with the new cyan developer to rule out each one and after running several copies cyan came back. So it appears that it is the drum that is defective. Again, thank you all for the help and advise.
