[Misc] Canon 1435 Noise out of tray 1 ONLY ?

This machine has about 35K and ate a fuser film lately. So with a new fuser/ updated software I still have a problem with tray 1.
It makes a rubbing noise or grown when feeding out of tray 1. Tray 2 500 sheet tray doesn't do this and the noise is for sure coming from the feed area. Feed rollers were inspected and they look normal. There is no paper jamming either.

    What do you think?
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

I've found the separation roller binds, I changed its spring for a slightly shorter one and noise diminished a lot, however I think now the separation torque limiter is the main culprit.

    Check the following
Canon Ir 1435if jamming every 10 copies at pick up

Also, respect of the fuser, somewhere I saw a service bulletin mentioning that there was a new set of fuser pressure springs to replace in fusers damaging the fuser film too early. Check that or you'll have a damaged film in a short time again.
