    5065 canon

    Print jobs and test prints come out fine,but when copying or scanning copies come out washed out with random black grid lines.Replaced cable.reader controller,memory bd Cable.Thanks

    How do the mirror's look (optics), has the white plate been cleaned have thought about trying the xenon lamp, also you could try doing a CDD adjust. Since you have already replaced the reader controller check those two other componets; The CCD and lamp, Post back. Good luck!

            clean the optical parrts and clean mirror inside ADF

              then put 10 blank clean sheets on ADF then make ADF Celaning. (its in technician mode * )
