Have the canon advance IR c3025i, am getting yellow background on all my prints and colour copies, black and white much ok. ITB brand new, drums 60% new, any leads to this yellow background ?

Just because it's 60% doesn't mean it's working correctly. Are you sure the drum blade is cleaning properly? Have you inspected the DV unit?

Yes, inspected everything, cleaning blade even tested, but yellow and cyan background appears

By the way, are you using OEM or compatible toner?

Have you calibrated the machine?

When did the problem start and what have you done to correct the problem?

What's the life counter on the machine?

My experience is that the drum will be toast. The steel frames also contributed to this problem on the C5000 series.
