    [Error Code] IR 1023N SST + firmware "Download Standby"

    Hi,

    I'm looking for Canon Service support tool and firmware (EU) for my copier IR1023n displaying "Download Standby" error.
    Seems that other models could be suitable (iR1022F, iR1022i, iR1022iF, iR1023, iR1023iF, iR1023N). Is that correct ?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have SST 3.22Ef and firmware for IR2016, IR2020 and IR2200n. Could be helpful for somebody
