    Canon C5250 printing issue

    Hey all

Got a Canon C5250 that is outputting every job from every PC office wide to A3, all drawers are displaying the correct size
Driver set to A4 but all print jobs come through asking for A3.

Tried restarting everything and reinstalling the driver, anyone seen this? (using UFR driver)

    Cheers

Locally installed drivers, all applications including windows test page. Remoted in to install fresh driver on one of the PCs and do some testing
Haven't been able to print from my laptop as the client is about 6.5 hours drive from me, trying to avoid heading out there hopefully

Sounds like you have auto paper/tray select set up wrong, A4 not enabled, see link below.

Have the customer change the cassettes around so A3 is where A4 was and vise versa. That way you can see if the driver is set to print to a specific cassette.

            hi,

if the customer is that far away, could you not use RSOK and team viewer to log on to the machine remotely and see if you can adjust settings.?

If you intend to print using TCP/IP, in order to install the printer driver correctly, communication via the IP address of the computer on which you intend to install the driver must be permitted in [Firewall Settings] on the machine. Check whether communication via the IP address of the computer is permitted in [Firewall Settings] on the machine. (See steps 14 to 17 in "TCP/IPv4 Settings," or steps 12 to 14 in "TCP/IPv6 Settings.")

Check this setting on Photocopy: Setting- Function setting - Printer setting-UFRII setting- Default paper size
