[Error Code] Imagepress 500-0004 pod deck lite error

Hi, i have a ImagePress 750 with a pod deck lite c1. After power on the machine report an error and call service rep for de drawer 4 (pod deck lite)
The error is reported as 500-0004, i have tested all the sensors and motros of the pod lite in the SITUATION-SENSOR AND SITUATION-PARTS and all are working, also executed the FUNCTION-CST DK1-INT1 DK1-LIFT and all sems to be working.
Any ideas in what is this error and how to solve it?
In the manual there is no info to fix this.
"E500-0004-05 POD Deck communication error
Detection Description A communication error of the POD Deck was detected.
Remedy Turn OFF and then ON the main power.
If the error is not cleared, collect debug log and contact the sales company.

Dear:
We faced this problem many time the actions was taken as follow:
1-have backup of dc-con readings
2-make a clear for dc-con
3-in service mode make clear to deck-recev
4-then make restore to dc-readings

We faced this problem many time the actions was taken as follow:

2-make a clear for dc-con
3-in service mode make clear to deck-recev
4-then make restore to dc-readings
