[Error Code] Canon C5240a Transfer Belt Needs to be Adjusted

Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can help guide me on adjusting the ITB belt on my Canon IR C5240a

I am receiving the error E000075-0103 and cannot operate the printer

I pulled up the ITB POS values in service mode and it reads the following values

    ITB-POS 249
    ITB-POS2 -147

I have tried repositioning the machine and that hasn't helped.

I will show photos of the ITB belt, please let me know your thoughts.

I'm having a hard time attaching images, the links for them are below

    Thanks,
There are loads of bulletins on this issue.

What I found works best is to remove the best & clean the large rubber drive roller so its 'grippy'

And update the SSW to the latest version.

I set belt to the right position by hand then i move the ITB motor up or down (two screws). Depending on which direction the tape escapes.
A few time run itb init then check values in service mode. Its work for me beter then all bulletins together.
      Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
