[Misc] Canon IRAC5235i is not printing black text

Hi I have a Canon IRAC5235i which is okay in terms of toner and drum levels, but when printing from certain webpages it prints the colour ok but the black lines and black text is really faint and you cannot see it on the page that well.

Is this a machine issue or something else?

Simple to find out, what do the PG test prints look like, PG 10 for example is the black image solid black?
