    hello are you a technician I guess (?), not all compatible are the same, usually I do not recommend the compatible but sometimes for economic or time reasons being a black and white and also old try it.

        How I can differentiate oem upper roller vs non-oem upper roller.
        I have my old upper roller and FL3-3600-95J written on it . Can you tell me this is oem or not .

              The compatible upper fuser roller of this model is not easy to use, and error codes are prone to appear.

                I would not suggest. Its the 8105 & 8205 can't use non-oem upper fuser roller and the reason is the temperature that goes higher and higher till you'll face E004 after 3-5 mins of printing.
                The temperature in the middle of the roller goes much higher than the sides.
