    FIRMWARE FOR CANON IMAGE RUNNER ADVANCE DX 4745i

    Helo everyone,Im usually participate in KONICA MINOLTA forum, but recently i have came across the above mentioned MFP which requires firmware any valid link or if anyone here has it and is willing to share i will deeply appreciate the gesture because im totally stuck here.Best regards,Ahmed Chamumi.

      Just connect it to the customer network and download the firmware directly onto the machine through the CDS on the control panel.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

              Nope, as long as you have the device connected to the customers network and they are not blocking any ports you will be able to update to the latest firmware via the downloader from the menu when you go to service mode.
