Best office Printers

Hello everyone ,

I am currently looking for the best brands for office printers for both color and B/W and i need to take in account the followings:

1)Second hand printer with a very good price

2)Not old nor new machine

3)Print Quality

4)Parts lifetime

5)Parts/Toner cost and if compatible are available with good quality

6)Less errors in general

I am currently a bit familiar with bizhub color printers and canon ir b/w printers. I know there could be other several good brands so please to be mentioned in order and what models.

Which models for kyocera and ricoh ? And do you have any idea about ricoh b/w printers ?

A3 or A4 paper size, color or b/w ..?? if you are looking for a good used, it is not certain that you will find it on the market always available.
