E00025-01 after each copy

    [Error Code] E00025-01 after each copy

    Hi,

    New out of box machine, after getting rid of E602 now it throws
    E025-0001 after every copy or sometimes 2 or 3 copies.
    ''check the developer Message ''

    Toner BOX, Toner Drive Motor and Development unit , swapped with another Machine.

    Can you please suggest further what are the possible causes ?

      Apologies, I completely forgot to add the Model number.

      IR DX 4745i,

      2X machines with same error, could it be a board issue ?

        Sounds to me like a dirty toner motor rotation sensor.

          2x machines with the same error, did you set them up as per the service manual? Also check all packaging was removed.

            +1 two machines out of the box they haven't been setup correctly reference look at the service manual

              IF they are truly NEW out of the box WHY didn't you return them?

              like the others have stated ..sounds like you didn't follow the service manual when setting them up.

                  sure it is original

                    These were 14 units , few of them had E602 ,formatting HDD fixed them.
                    Others are installed and working quite good, only these two boxes are with error.

                    Machines were purchased from Middle East and brought to Afghanistan so returning or sending back to vendor is not an option.


                    Toner-S Toner supply to developing assembly ''Check the Developer Message "
                    NG! and as soon press the ''OK'' E 25-01 pops up.

                    Parts Check- MTR ON- 5 , toner drive motor doesn't rotate.

                    Leaving the toner Bottle cover open while copying works well without an error.

                    So in my opinion its either toner Motor or Dc Controller,

                    Can you please suggest further.

                        Tried to clean the Motor sensor, it was pretty clean though. also Toner Drive motor were swapped between tow machines.

                          Actually had power failure on startup I guess that's what made it miserable , Then had E602, I tried the Toner-S and it start throwing error E25.


                          Can you suggest further please.

                            That's weird can you see the toner bottle rotate when copying with the cover open?
                            Have you tried service mode > copier > function > clear > err?
                            Restart the copier after this

                              Actually toner bottle doesn't rotate even a bit while copying.


                              It also doesn't turn, Function> Part-chk > Mtr 5 > Mtr ON.
                              Have you tried service mode > copier > function > clear > err?
                              yes I tried clear error,
                              I also tried DC-CON clear.
                              didn't help.
