    Canon iPF670 printhead error

Hello everyone, i have Canon iPF670 and i have a color problem. at Print Quality: Fast 300dpi - the yellow color is missing in stripes; at Print Quality: Standart 600dpi - the yellow color is completely absent; at Print Quality: High 600dpi - everything is OK. Where is the problem and can it be fixed? I have ink in all cartridges about 80%. 3 times clean with "type А" and 2 times - "type B" and there is no result. But this morning I released one nozzle check pattern and then the plotter died and wanted to replace the printhead.

If you change the head, will it be okay or do you have a problem with the motherboard??

if they leave the machine sitting for a week.. that will cause PH to become clogged

if they are using 'turd party ' ink THAT is the main cause

ok that answers ONE question what about the other one?

        here's another to ponder ..

is there heat or air conditioning blowing down on the machine?

The printhead should solve your issue. Like Phil suggests, you should print a minimum of one Arch D page every week to keep the printhead clear. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

In the afternoon the sun burns it, I will have to open the blinds. Before this happened, I had not used it for 2 to 3 weeks. Тoday I will order a new head and will hopefully be fine.

You need to move it to a location that it doesn't get direct sunlight... the sun will heat it up therefore drying out the print head faster. Ink based units are not like laser based units

Thank you, I was worried about buying a new head and having another problem, but these days I plan to order a new one. (sorry for the bad English)

If the cap absorbers get plugged up(which they do all the time), or the drain holes under them get clogged, you can replace printheads until you're blue in the face and it won't resolve it. Probably go into an error when new printhead is installed. If you do nozzle checks in service mode(un-compensated) and colours mix or huge bare areas in one color, check for air bubbles in the ink lines, etc. If there are, absorbers could be plugged or ink lines plugged(usually at carriage..easily flushed out).
