    2020i image problems

    Hey Guys,

    Image 1 & 2 are how the images start. Image 3 can sometimes but not always be achieved by running 10 blank sheets. Anyone seen anything like this before. The drum has been changed and the fuser looks ok. Any advice appreciated. TIA

      Hey,

      That looks like a charging problem... I know you said that you changed the drum, but I would recheck everything in the PCU... Let us know what you find

          Also...this looks similar to an issue that I've seen on these and iR1600's.
          When you first went to the machine did the original drum have a BIG band of toner around it?
          When this happens it needs a new drum,refurb fuser and refurb or replace dev....the dev seems to be the culprit.
