    Canon C3525 Touch Screen Calibration

Does anyone know how to get into the special service mode to calibrate the touch screen? I've done it once a few years ago and don't remember the procedure.

    Thanks

No Special Service Mode. In Service Mode go to Copier>Function>Panel>TOUCHCHK to adjust the coordinate position.
I don't care about who your father is, as long as I'm fishing here, you won't walk on water.

If the calibration doesn't help. Update the system software & replace the touch panel in the control panel.

If you cannot use the touchscreen because of how horrible it is; with the keypad, go into service mode and hit "5,5,5" and it should directly take you to the calibration screen...hopefully,.
