    Try:
    Run Copier>Function>Install>Stir-K

Make sure Potential Control is set to on Copier>Option>FNC-SW>PO-CNT=1

Run DPC2 Copier>Function>DPC To execute potential control without power cycle of device.

Check Copier>Display>DPOT>VL1-T / VL1-M The M-measured value should be close to the T-target value (voltage in the light Laser.)

VDT / VDM VDM value should be close to VDT value (voltage in the dark Primary charge.)

    Good Luck!

Copy>Function>Install>Stir-K. does not exist among the elements of the install function

Make sure Potential Control is set to Copier>Option>FNC-SW>PO-CNT=1.yes it is 1

Run DPC2 Copy>Function>DPC To run the potential check without restarting the device.

      Check Copier>Display>DPOT>VL1-T = +190V
      VL1-M=+186V

The value VDT / VDM VDM =+495V
      VDT = +490
printing and photocopyi dataurl903561.png always remain pale

I had a similar problem. I had to replace the hvt.
There are three together on the tray at the back.
If the image on the drum is ok=transfer hvt
If the image is also bright on the drum = developer hvt
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
