[CQ] Canon IR ADV C5240 - Scanner Problem

Hello:

I have a problem with the scanner unit. As you can see in the video (https://youtu.be/mcpwKTqGTZ8), the scaner goes to the left instead to go to the rigth. It happens when I try to copy or scan from the glass. The ADF woks fine.

I have already checked the sensors, the motor and they look fine. I have uploaded the firmware too.

It is weard because it does not show any jam or code error.

The scanner is in the scanning position from the adf.
In service mode, check if any sensor is on.
You can try clearing the reader cont. Save the settings first.

I was thinking the same, so then I had unplugged the ADF ( all conectors). And the problem persist without the adf.

I did the CLEAR Dcon, Rcon all of them.. And nothing

I had tested the motor that control the CIS in service Mode, and it does the same. The CIS tries to go to the left intead to the right.
