Has anyone ever encountered the problem of running envelopes on a big black & white copier like IR ADV 6555i or 6565i from the multipurpose tray and the envelopes come out creased? Please refer to the attached images.

This can happen on any copier. If the fuser is in good condition & the bypass tray is configured correctly try another brand of envelopes.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!
