    connection lost e-maintenance

    Hi,

All printers have lost the e-maintenance connection. The devices have been updated. (IRAC 3525,356 ..) The devices are working in our shop. (COM-TEST ok) !!!
Of course, I immediately think of IT sector of the company and their network.
The biggest joke is that the little MF i-sensys 643 communicates and has no problems with cds or ugw.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

I was battling this a few weeks ago, got the client IT involved turned out to be their firewall blocking access.

This happens many times but I don't know why i-sensys has no problems?

There was a memo from Canon about updating firmware to the latest - some changes in the e-maintenance system (don't remember well)

Maybe you should check it out. That maybe explains why some devices communicate and some others don't.

We may be off-line for short periods this weekend while we take care of some planned maintenance. Besides some of the usual house cleaning we will be testing our HTTPS setup, if the switch-over goes well it will take a few days for the changes to propagate worldwide so if you get a "this site is unreachable" message for more than an hour our so you can try browsing to us at HTTPS:// vs. HTTP:// or you can clear your browser cache and that should help.

Disconnect one working machine and use that static ip address to your problem machine, if working then you know who must fix it

From a working i-sensys ip I type in c 356 and it doesn't work.356 I bring it to my shop and it works. Why does i-sensys work with all ip? IT shit I assume.Very important customer and inhospitable computer scientists.
