[Misc] Gradation adjusment contantely ir c4080

My ir c4080 does not stop constantly making gradation adjustments, I do the gradation adjustments quickly and completely, but the same every time the fuser heats up, or every so often if I have the machine active, it makes an adjustment of these, which is very annoying because it is time consuming. Does anyone know what is happening? or how can i remove it?

This is normal on these old models. Any change in room temperature, humidity or when the fuser drops below 120c the machine will run gradation adjust.

The machine was designed to do longer print runs not lots of small one page jobs etc.
